ATLANTA (March 5) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney Chad Pannell was recently a featured speaker at the Northern District Technology Seminar sponsored by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in conjunction with the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The conference was held Tuesday, February 19 in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Pannell spoke at a session titled, “Use of the iPad Tablet at Trial.”
Mr. Pannell focuses his practice on technology litigation and intellectual property disputes involving patent, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights. Mr. Pannell frequently advises clients about intellectual property litigation and strategies for enforcing their intellectual property rights. His experience includes appearing before courts all over the country, including California, Texas, Delaware, Georgia, New York, the International Trade Commission, and the Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Pannell has managed all parts of litigation for both large and small companies, from initial discovery to jury trials and appeals. In addition to many successful settlements and judgments, Mr. Pannell successfully litigated a three-week patent infringement jury trial on internet network security devices and a two-week patent infringement bench trial on microbial cleaning.
